However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and individual device displays.

Our textile products may also exhibit minor variations in weave, texture, thread appearance, pattern placement, finishing or dimensions as a result of the nature of textile production.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

Customers should carefully review the relevant product page before placing an order.

4. Prices & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on DullChadar.com are in Indian Rupees (₹).

5. Orders

Placing an order through DullChadar.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or excessive Return to Origin (RTO) activity may result in COD being restricted for future orders associated with the customer's contact details.

Prepaid ordering may remain available.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines communicated through our website or order communications.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of factors including:

  • Courier or logistics delays.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Remote delivery locations.
  • Operational disruptions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy available on DullChadar.com.

Eligible return or exchange requests should generally be raised within 5 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements specified in that policy.

Issues involving a wrong, damaged or defective product should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs and/or video where reasonably necessary to verify an issue.

Approved prepaid refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Approved COD refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer, subject to the customer providing accurate refund details.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests where the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the logistics provider.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. The applicable Return, Refund & Exchange Policy will then apply after delivery.
